Dale’s hamburger & bean filling ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can beans (kidney, chili, pinto etc.)
- ½ T chili powder
- ½ t pepper
- ¼ t salt .
Directions:
 First, prepare taco condiments (see below). Brown hamburger in fry pan. Drain excess oil. Drain beans. Add beans. Mash beans. Add chili powder, pepper and salt. To moisten meat mixture, add several tablespoons of water. Simmer on low for ~20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep taco filling warm during taco preparation. See Cooking Instructions.

 Suggested condiments: Grated cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, tomato’s and your favorite salsa or sauce.


Jeff’s hamburger, onion & pepper filling ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 jalapeño peppers (optional)
- 1 bell pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
 First, prepare taco condiments (see below). Finely chop onion, bell pepper and 1 jalapeño (optional). Brown hamburger in fry pan. Drain excess oil. Add onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low for ~20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep taco filling warm during taco preparation. See Cooking Instructions.

 Suggested condiments: Grated cheese, thinly sliced lettuce, sliced tomato's, 2 sliced jalapeño’s (optional) and your favorite salsa or sauce.


Halibut taco filling ingredients:
- 1 lb halibut fillet
- 1 small onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
- 1 bell pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
First, prepare taco condiments (see below). Finely chop onion and peppers. Lightly oil cooking pan. Cook halibut in pan until flaky. Drain liquid. Add onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low for ~20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep taco filling warm during taco preparation. See Cooking Instructions.

Suggested condiments: Chopped cilantro, shredded or sliced cabbage, thinly sliced red onion and green (verde) salsa.
